This is a t shirt I bought some 20 years ago at a Science Fiction Convention. It certainly looks like Mike Peters drew it, but attempts to get him to admit it have failed. I'm not claiming it, but it should be "kept alive." Asked about the meaning, I suggested a bunch of Koreans lived next door.
