The only time I ever met Lafferty was at Constellation in Baltimore (1983?) He did not ask me to send him anything, but we had a couple of hours of pleasant conversation as he sat drinking rum and coke. I did not drink any alcohol, since I had to drive back to DE that evening.
Years ago I sent copies of my cartoons and art to R.A. Lafferty who wanted to see what I was doing. He told me I was a realist.
