Where do you find a turtle with no legs?

This is another cartoon I drew years ago and cannot recall the punch line.  I'll need to stop doing this.

Teddy bear gets stoned. 

Family of tourists with know it all father.

He is his father. Sometimes the jokes write themselves.

  Comment: I forgot what the punchline to this cartoon was. Maybe someone could be creative.
